Cookie time café is a compliment to cookie time bake shop. Our goal is to provide fresh and exciting entrées every day. Everything we make is made from scratch and locally sourced.Our shop has put an original spin on the classic bakery, café concept. Our goal is to allow people to experience comfort foods of all types. Our menu has eclectic and original menu items which were inspired by African American, Amish, Italian and so much more. Our café portion has been in development for 3 years now spending time discovering the best of the best in each area we intend to serve. Like take for example our lasagna didn’t look quite so good when we first started out it the taste was good but I want’s something people couldn’t live without. Se we deconstructed it and looked at each component and at its foundation. Then went ahead reconstructed our entire lasagna from scratch with higher quality ingredients.
